End date and time:

Monday, 30 June 2014 at 21:30 UTC (24Hour-System)

Payment methods accepted:

Bitcoin only.

Additional information:

I prefer that users that want to stay anonymous create a new forum account to bid rather than sending me a PM since PM's are hidden to the other bidders and its not a transparent bidding.
So please go the new account route for bidding.

After the auction:

If the shares are paid i will contact friedcat and he will move the shares to the new owner.  Friedcat is doing this every so often now.  In order to not having the bidders lose the dividends I will give them the dividends if divs are happening between the payment of bought shares and friedcat moving the shares to the new owners bitcoin address.

Good luck and happy bidding!

(Thanks to SebastianJu for the auction template)

no escrow?

With the speed that friedcat has been doing transfers, I'd rather not have the coins locked up for that unknown amount of time.  I'm willing to give my personal details to the winning bidder.

I widrow my bid. Escrow is mandatory and I presumed it is standard. I strongly advice anyone to give money to strangers on forums (and to strangers in general) based on promises. Good luck with your auction.

By the way, your details are irelevant to someone that for a $1000 transaction have to spend $2000 on a flight so he can sue you and wait a year for the case to finalize.

I was sure of the details. In the Auctions - Guidelines and Tips! it is clearly stated:

...
Use a trusted escrow or middleman to protect both parties!
...

...
Everyone: Exercise caution when trading with strangers, and always use an escrow when in doubt.
...

I admit it's not a rule but it's a guide and I was preety shure that if we are in auctions we both respect it and if not it's your responsability to state all your terms, especially that you don't accept escrow. I have done many trades in here and escrow was by default but you are right also, I should have asked first.

I already stated why there will be no escrow for this auction.  If you do not agree with this, please do not tender a bid.

Thanks!

P.S. buyer always pays for the escrow anyway, good try Lophie.

Fine, your bid is invalid.  You bid outside of the rules (bidding with clauses  Huh Huh).

Let's resume the bidding at:

You could use escrow up to the point where you sent an email to friedcat (putting buyer and escrow in cc) explicitly stating that the deal is irreversible. That way you dont have to wait weeks for your coin, and the buyer at least has some security.
