you must create a clearly rule about investment project you have, because if just like that it look scammed it only The only benefit you as an owner but no guarantee investors will get back their money or profit,
if you want your project run maybe you must create fairly rule where any profits and losses are shared with a clear statement

Actually I can I can somewhat vouch for this. All of your natural instincts are to say, "hell naw it's gambling, he's gonig to lose" it. Dicing is easier the more experience you get.
