We are very busy on many aspects of our project and my graphix skills SUCK! we need a person who has GAWDLIKE Graphix skills with a broad knowledge of HTML/CSS

Basically I need someone to take a vanilla install of WP and turn it into a masterpiece that will act as the new homepage for our coin.
