I do PAYPAL when you have are trusted in kind a way. Iam not sure how to do it the right way so I avoid it.
Bank wire is ok for me or personal meeting only.

have you looked at bitcoin.de? it matches trades though and the seller can choose not to sell depending on your status. You should get more for your cash.
