No, i just found how it's strange for OP to ask about WTB/WTS, and then come post NTB. Not sure if was a typo or a different acronym

The russian keys are ok, but once there is an update, you are SOL until a language patch is made. Also, I had to spend about 3 weeks at one point yelling at EA because they banned my whole Origin account calming I had a stolen key.

It helps if your seller has an English version . The only thing the language patch provides is a registry key (not dependent on version), and the English localized files. I have the English version, so all i have to do is copy from my game installation.
