goldmin.es is horrible. I was mining for about one hour with 4mh/s and pool stats were showing 68kh/s (other users were too low too)
solo is almost impossible. Too many rejects

it's ok now however the paying rate seems wrong after playing for a while,paying rate turning bad so fast after hitting  jackpot like 8k?

I think as far as the payouts go, the online slots have been like this since the beginning.  It's a bit different than the Android slots.

Heh.. I haven't really posted any updates in the past 8 days. Had some bank shenanigans, and I've been procrastinating since I've got to deal with properly handling incoming GCoin transactions in the Breakout game. I've got most of the wallet communication working properly, it's just a matter of saving a player's balance in a smart way.

I decided to distract myself from GCoin wallet integration shenanigans for a bit by polishing the game's interface. There's fancy menu transitions now. A problem has surfaced, because of the networking changes I had to make to implement accounts and such: playing a second game while still logged in causes all sorts of weirdness, though I've already fixed most of it by just cleaning up some data after the end of a game.

I might put out another testing version when I feel like I've fixed this problem, even if the GCoin integration is not active yet.

The main reason the wallet stuff is so hard to do is because I want it to work well if something goes wrong. Backing it up should be simple and easy, so that people can't easily lose their money or the fancy stuff they've worked towards. I'm currently thinking of just keeping two balances, one of all incoming transactions and one of all spent/received money ingame and any outgoing transactions. That way, if a short-term fork happens due to GCoin network problems, it can easily recalculate any player's balance. This would also make it slightly resistant to double spend attempts.

All the security took a lot of resources to sort out. The other big mess up was using Virtual Private Servers. We needed dedicated servers
all along. This set us back six months. Anyway, better late than never
