Rule #1:
Talk to me. Everything is negotiable. Just write here or PM me your loan offer and I might consider it if it's reasonable.

Rates and Terms:
All interest is compounded once per loan period. Repayment can be made before the deadline of course. Deadline is day of loan end 00:00GMT.

Non-Collateral loans:

  Rates: 1-7d = 5%

Collateral loans:

• Loan: min 0.1, max 1.0
• Rates: 1-14d = 5%, if you need a longer loan let's talk
• Collateral: Minimum 110%. More might be better for you, read Disclaimer below. Any stable altcoin on Cryptsy/Mintpal/mcxNOW is accepted.
• Escrow: Yes. Accepted are JohnK, SebastianJu, OgNasty, Maidak, DannyHamilton
• Fees: You pay all transaction / escrow fees.
• Defaulting: If there is no repayment until day of loan end 00:00GMT the collateral will be collected immediately.
• Disclaimer: I reserve the right to collect the collateral immediately if its market value drops below 105%. So it is in your best interest to choose a good % of collateral on a stable altcoin.

Requesting a Loan:
Please give what your loan will be used for, and means of paying back if initial means fall through.
So if the loan is for daytrading, give me information on how you'll repay if that doesn't work out (mining, signature advertising, etc)
State the loan amount, interest rate, and amount of time needed until repayment.
