Hello Guys!

We want to share the 80% of 2 (TWO) very early KnC Titans *PAID* orders, placed and paid in the same morning (19 march 2014) soon after the Titan public announcement was made by KnC...!   Order number is: 194XX as you can check in picts below. Please note the #1 batch sku code 14L different from #2 batch machines!

We'll be between the very firsts to receive Titans miners!   Smiley

KnCminer Titan specifications:

The stats and performance that we can release today are:

  -  Minimum 400 MH/s of performance from a 28nm chip
  -  Uses a Standard ATX power supply (customer supplied ATX)
  -  Based on the existing Jupiter form factor
  -  Shipment begins one month after Batch 1
  -  Payment for this product is bitcoins, Litcoins and bank transfer only

as this is KnCMiner we of course reserve the right to increase the performance at any time.

KnCminer Titan's news:

https://www.kncminer.com/news/news-91

https://www.kncminer.com/news/news-93

From KnC news:
Quote
The tape-out report strengthens our outlook that we'll be able to deliver the first rounds of Titans well within the promised timeframe for pre-order customers (Q3, 2014).
______________________________________________________________

Titans will be divided into 200 shares each of 2 MH/s minimum each.

20% of shares are reserved (paid) so, only 160 shares per Titan will be available for the "public".

Machines will be hosted in a full-optional and already operational DC @ about 0.19 kW/h of electricity cost all inclusive (divided proportionally between shares).

Dividends will be on a weekly basis in LTC and/or BTC as your request (you must provide your valid address/es).

The mining OP will follow the "best-profit-possible-scheme" as always (don't worry, you're in good hands!).

The mining OP will run for 24 months or as long as it will be profitable / the machines won't break outside of the warranty period.

Share's price includes the PSUs for the units (Corsair AX1200i) we'll just be ready to mine without any additional cost as KnC will ship!

For conversion and calculations we used a fixed change of $600/BTC for reference.

Price per share is 0.09 BTC and corresponding to 2 MH/s of hashrate each.

Paid and confirmed shares will be listed on the second post of this thread.

 AVAILABLE SHARES  =  320

SHARE COST = 0.09 BTC each

  0.09 BTC = 2 MH/s

  PAYMENT ADDRESS: 1NxaocxjAWJFt2cxDjfEsiPBGyGUTqBnGn

Payment Instructions:
Please, send your payments to the above address and reply in this topic with your username, the address you control (and can sign messages from) from where you sent payment , the number of share purchased and the TxID.

Example:
Code:
Sent 1.35 [btc] from 1xxxxxxxx2amjhgx14pxxxxxMBxxxx for 15 shares

TxID 8xx8dfxxxxxxx783fxxxxxe137exxxxxxxxxxx7246f227xxx16790cfxxxxxxxd6

Easy maths:

0.09 X 400 = 36
36 X $600 = 21600
21600 = 2 X Titan + 2 X PSU + accessories ... #1 batch!
21600 X 80% = 17280 total public equivalent quota available
400 X 80% = 320 total public shares available

Feel free to ask for any doubt or question you may have, and please consider that's better to share them in public as possible, in order to help the others in the same "situation" maybe!

Thank you for reading & Cheers!

No other 400MH/s @800W with 28nm ASIC chips devices would be sold within the next september, except the TITANs...

400MH/s @ $10800  ready to hash (PSUs + accessories are summarized) ...well within Q3 2014 as KnC itself has stated...!

Doesn't it seem a fair enough deal for you?

Cheers!

I am interested in doing this, but I have some questions first.  How do we know how much the miner is hashing?  Is there a pool somewhere with stats that we can monitor?  What happens if there is a discrepancy?

Also, do we need to post our payment info publicly here?  I'd rather do it privately.

Very good deal indeed!

Thank you for your interest, much appreciated!

It would depend on the miner software if we could eventually find a way to link the "internal" miner stats to a webpage maybe, on the other hand, it would be possible that the pool we'll use would let an "open-stat" page like eligius for example... we'll see as more info will be disclosed and at least when we'll finally get the miners "in-hands".

At the same time, consider that our machines will be identical to the others available so, more or less, they will perform the same way and the comparison would be quite empirical, even if mining isn't easy like doing maths!

The factors that really weight on profit are the total power that we could deploy in our farm (better shares/shifts/...) and the money saved from the shared resources with others machines and, last but not least, the advantages derived from being hosted in a well implemented DC (possible OC, less dust, less hot,...).

About the payment infos, they are always public on the Blockchain, simply their aren't linked to any identity unless you do otherwise (this is just one of the amazing features the Bitcoin protocol has!)... But, as you'd like, we can manage all data exchanges privately (and encrypted at willing!) without any problem!

For any doubt/question/clarification, we're at disposal!

Thank you & Cheers!

Titan Scrypt Miner Moving forward

In the meantime, our Titan Scrypt Miner is progressing as expected and we plan to ship in Q3. We achieved tape-out of the 2284-core Titan in early June and we see no delays in the production process so far. The Titan is currently in the fab phase, going through the steps required for wafer production.
