I have been talking to the team about doing a group buy for sometimes now (since Gen A started shipping) but I had to take the time to make sure nothing conflicts with me being an employee. So I finally got approved to do Group Buys! What's sweet about this? Discounted pricing! I am posting here first to reward those who are active on hashtrader it's time to buy before I post on bitcointalk! :smile:

**Shares Distributions:**

$9000 (Pre-discount) divided into 50 shares for $180 a share

With discounts:
15%: $7650 divided into 50 shares for  $153 a share
10%: $8100 divided into 50 shares for  $162 a share
5%  : $8550 divided into 50 shares for  $171 a share

Each share is 10 mh/s (+/- 5%)

**Alright, now that I have your attention let's get to the disclaimers:**

 1. I am a GAWMiners employee but GAWMiners will NOT be responsible for this group buy. All the responsibilities will be on me (the Group Buy Operator)
 2. I am still talking with Joe about hosting these at the datacenter along with other machines. We are still working out the logistics of it so for now they will be bought as "shipped" and will be hosted at my house or if we buy a lot then they will be hosted at a data center at Group Buyer's expense. I can convert shipped machines to hosted if this gets approved!

 5. In regards to down time, I will do my best to keep the miners up. They will be closely monitored and I will have notifications set up to keep the miners' up time
 6. When you buy a share you will own a piece of the machine. You can sell that share if you want. Each person will be limited to 25 shares per machine, this is so we can have a wide distribution of shares among the machines and no one person owns the machine outright. There will be 50 share per machine
 7. We will mine until the end of the machine's life.
 8. In case of fail delivery or late delivery (low chance of non-delivery), I am not responsible for this because I will have no control over on it nor GAWMiners if our manufacture fail to meet deadlines!
 9. In case of change in specs (Power Consumption or Hashrate),  I am not responsible for this because I will have no control over on it nor GAWMiners if our manufacture fail to meet requirements!

Then how about you spend five minutes on your original post to make it clear what you're selling - pre-order, one machine at 15% off and not a tiered list that you have there, and by the way this is not hashtrader so why do you have that sentence about it still in there. You're asking for BTC but prices are listed in USD, what's the rate? Didn't GAW change hosting costs from the flat 2.5% to kWh based pricing? You're claiming to be an employee but you're refusing to take responsibility if the machine is late or not up to spec, so how does that work? I thought your employer allows to cancel orders, shouldn't you have that as an option for the group buy.
