[WTB] Liberty Reserve

I'm looking for a quick way to transfer USD to Liberty Reserve. PP, Bank Debit (Billpay), Bank Transfer, Dwolla?

Could be an ongoing deal but initially looking for about $500-1000 USD in LR.

No ratings to speak of, I have done some exchanges here on the forum and have way too many BTC loans out to be going anywhere.
