I don't think this coin is for mining at all, being the reward for a block is .001. All I can figure (AND THE DEV CAN CORRECT ME IF I'M WRONG), is that the DEVs are hoping this coin gets on an exchange to they can sell the 99% premine.  What else can explain a coin that is not worth mining?
