Web based mining app?

Question for the floor....

Given obsolescence of older ASIC miners, such as USB erupters, I would like to move them to another location with free electricity (read between the lines here) however location however the PCs require admin rights to install anything, such as cgminer. As I do not have these admin rights, does anyone know of a web page based miner which could be used to run the hardware?

Basically;
Internet: Accessible
Hardware: Available
Power: Free
App access: NOT available, need web page to run miners

I also have not used previously hosted, but here also I want anyone explain what the advantage mennyewa hosting for our mining equipment
