my friend jimmi12 made a thread here today asking if it was ok to sell hacked bitcointalk accounts. BadBear said it was ok so he made market thread. but now my friend had logged in all posts delted and he is banned.

Why did you do this?!!

Tell me the truth is it allowed or not to sell hacked accounts?? if not then how will the buyer know if an account is hacked or not if seller tell not them if yes then why was my frend banned? when does ban expire?

Really? Hacked accounts? Can you show where he agreed with this?
Your "friend" should have the reason.

I didn't say it was okay, I said there's no way for us to tell if an account has been hacked, sold, traded, given away, shared, etc.

I didn't see his thread, but looking at the mirror site, your "friend" admitted they were hacked in his thread.

so what your saying is that my friend should make another account and pretend that the accounts arent hacked when selling them?Huh

From the stupid rules you are telling me that seems to be ok.

Not much anyone can do about the unknown but if anyone finds out about these sales, you will be flagged. Since the rules are stupid, go somewhere else to peddle your hacked wares. This forum does not need you or your kind.

Looks to me like you already have a new account so what is the problem?  Use this one until it gets banned.

Our family was terrorized by Homeland Security.  Read all about it here:  http://www.jmwagner.com/ and http://www.burtw.com/  Any donations to help us recover from the $300,000 in legal fees and forced donations to the Federal Asset Forfeiture slush fund are greatly appreciated!

Wow, this guy so noob that he clearly said he want to sell hacked account. I read that selling account is not illegal but selling hacked account or other illegal things not allow in bitcointalk forum.

I'm not sure who banned him, but I fully support it.

Did you really think selling hacked accounts was going to fly here?  Especially when he admitted that the accounts were hacked.

You know this type of misbehaviour will never work in a community like this right? Everyone is always watching for and monitoring deviant behaviour.  The accounts your "friend" is trying to sell will be recorded and then black listed by the community.  Tell your bright "friend" that it isn't worth his time.

I nuked (banned) your "friend" since not only you were selling illegal goods but also disrupting the operation of this forum by stealing accounts.
