It is easy to find (come close to the desk - you will find a space-ship, come close to it to play the game )

a / d - move left / right
w / s - move up / down
left ctrl - shoot
space - shoot
left mouse button - shoot
right mouse button - granade (from v.1.0.1)
left shift - granade (from v.1.0.1)

About the game:
BTCasteroid is dynamic arcade space shooter game where you are in a control of Bitcoiner's space ship which was traveling to the Jupiter from the Moon and on their way a heavy meteorites rain appear suddenly.

In the game you need to destroy as many of meteorites as you can and also catch fly-by Bitcoins! It is good to have some more when space traveling!

How to play?
We are starting the BTCasteroid game from "Wave 0".
In each wave more meteorites will fall and more speed will be added too.
Also between each wave there is a short delay, which is decreasing.
Meteorites spawn delay is also decresing during the game.
Also more "huge white" meteorites are spawning when player will reach higher waves.
 
After each 10 second a Bitcoin is dropped! Try to catch as many as you can!

A highscore is counted for both. For caught Bitcoins and for shot meteorites high score will be separated - you can try to catch bitcoins only without shooting or you can focus on meteorites and don't give a care of flying by Bitcoins

 
In future updates you will get:
-A space-granade (each bitcoin caught one space-granade will be added)
-Double laser from level 12
-Triple laser from level 15
-Other weapons
-More meteorites
-New areas
-And other cool ideas which I didn't realize yet share yours if you got some

Also share your feelings and highscores!

There will be an online score board - just give me a time - as for now scores are displayed only for your local machine.

New features:

-Space granade! (Press Right mouse button/left shift to shoot space granade!)

-Little bugs removed (like the one when small rock was hitting our spacecraft just right at the end of our wing and we didn't get a hit by that )
-Sound volume improvement - far exposions are possible to hear :]

As for now I will say it is built with unity4 engine + JavaScript :-)

Well there are some plans to make some reward system but it need time to make it right.
Soon there will be a contest for highest score :-)

Soon I will upload version 1.0.1 with some addons so stay tuned :-)

Nice was a huge asteroid fan as a kid! now I can combine my childhood with today! Asteroid game with bitcoins! Will look into this game more, can't wait to try it out

I was a huge fan of asteroid too. Asteroid, Tyrian etc.

BTCasteroid is indeed a combination of Old School + New School

If you will like Alpha v.1.0.0, next versions will bring only better things.

I must say my gf is doing better than me ...
I need to train I had no time to train! I was developing
I did play a lot during development (as beta testing) but this is not the same as I was checking for bugs instead of trying to do high score
