Do not use paypal, it is very easy to chargeback money from them.

It's a step in the right direction, but still highly risky. Where are you located? Have you consider LocalBitcoins for cash or bank transfer?

Paypal for just coins is risky as no physical proof to show a dispute they were sent.

Nope. Being verified doesn't mean anything really and they can still easily do a chargeback. People just say they were hacked or never recieved the item and PP issues the refund. Look over on the currency exchange here as there are a few people who deal with PP who seem to have done many previous successful trades, but they could still charegeback at any time. You'll just have to weigh up the risk and decide for yourself. Just don't deal with a newbie who has no trade history.
