Hello. The only way I can purchase bitcoins is with a prepaid debit card. Which websites accept this mode of payment? Out of those, which one is the best? Thank you.

A way I found is to buy an amazon giftcard with the prepaid cards (such as rebates) and then sell that for BTC.
