If you aren't or weren't an early adopter you are nobody.

If you are a newbie just now joining, and don't have millions of dollars to blow on equipment, and living paycheck to paycheck but want to get into the bitcoin game, well tough shit to you because nobody's willing to help you out.

If you are disabled, or need a loan for legitimate reasons like perhaps you have to make the goddamn decision whether or not you can eat food or buy medicine, welp tough luck for you!

Or if you take out a loan you just might be labeled a scammer if you don't return the money the second the clock hits the due date on 12:00am.

I mean seriously, why are you all so fucking bitter? I don't need a life lesson from any of you, my life is bad enough as it is and yet I have these yokels telling me "get a job, move on, things get better" oh yeah? My life has been this way for 7 goddamn years, through therapy, through medicine and yet. Well guess what hasn't happened? Oh right.

So please enlighten me, what golden sticks you have up some of your assholes that allows you some right to talk to me, or treat me in a way that you are better than me because you are holding some virtual money that might drop down to nothing tomorrow? I mean seriously?

Hey guys I need a loan of 2 btc so I can get home to see my dying grandmother, she has 3-6 months to live. Anyone else and that'd be no problem, me, nope. She has TCC, a liver disease and it's stage 4. She literally is dying right now! Someone is going to reply "hey man we're all dying get over it".

That really helps guys, thanks for being so fucking thoughtful.

No wonder people enjoy the dogecoin community better, because they actually give two shits about other people. I started posting in /r/dogecoin and people have rallied around me, and have given me advice that's actually fucking useful.

Jesus this is why I hate coming here sometimes, because it's like your damned if you do and damned if you don't. Running a sig campaign, I'm thankful for that that's great, but 20 bucks a pop every 2 weeks? That's not going to pay the bills or give me the medicine I need to start healing and getting better. I could ask for a little charity but god forbid I might be labeled as a scammer.

A loan? Forget it, people will take it to the "dark web" and send out hitmen to kill me if I don't pay on time. Even if I'm 1 minute late on the loan, I've seen the threads.

Stop being so fucking bitter and look around you, there are other people in the world hurting, there are other people in the world than you. Just because you hold a little piece of some virtual fucking currency doesn't make you anything.

Ugh.

What else could I say?

The problem is there are so many scammers and it's almost impossible to distinguish them from honest people.

That really sucks. World would be so much better if that wasn't the case. But I don't see any possible solution.

bitcoiners love to hoard their stash more than any other group of people i can think of. the prospect of losing coins is about the most terrifying idea their mind can bear, and they will do anything they can to avoid it.

Good. Use your aggressive feelings, boy. Let the hate flow through you!

Ok star wars.

But what about the honest people, (AKA ME) who need the help. I need a loan a genuine loan, I need to get my feet up off the ground, and get my life (re)started and get something going that will secure my financial future. If it's a failure, I'm a scammer who just wanted money for drugs (never touched one aside from my anxiety medicine in whole damn life) if it's not, the terms I have to pay the person back would be slow, and then I'm damned if I do damned if I don't.

But it's just....virtual currency. It holds a little weight now, people can buy it and sell it for real money. But I mean seriously, suppose I come out and say right now "hey dudes and dudettes I have throat cancer and I'm gonna need some help paying for treatments since I have absolutely no insurance and SSI/SSD won't approve me" what am I going to have to do to jump through hoops to get that? Am I going to have to put a shoe on my head? Get doxxed? I mean seriously, what is everyone's problem?

What else could I say?

Scottie, make a Facebook page.  if your need is truly legitimate you don't need to worry about being called out.  People will donate funds to you.  People who don't even know you.  Make it real, be honest.  And as you said don't be bitter (which you are starting to sound).

If you need that bad a loan , I think you should visit a bank / government aid facility , instead of posting on this forum , no offence but you are raising allot of question marks

you can't expect people to donate for anything, donations are a gesture of free will and not something that can be forced out of someone.

I am sorry for your grandma but you can't expect anyone to pay money to everyone who claims to have a sick relative.

The lack of donations has little to do with being bitter, that's a completely different subject in my opinion. Yes, the community here may be a little harsh on average (might have something to do with the fact that the majority of the community here are socially awkward, which most of them can't really do much about it) but that doesn't mean that in any other community it's normal to receive hands full of cash just for telling a sad story.

If you aren't or weren't an early adopter you are nobody.

I'm an early adopter and a nobody. Shame, eh?

Honestly, begging for coins is begging for coins. Now that your begging failed, you're looking for a loan.
Do you have any proof that you can payback this loan? What stops you from taking the money and running?

Honestly, in a world of business, why should anyone loan money to you?

That was worded wrong, I typed this really early this morning I meant if you WEREN'T an early adopter but whatever and however you want to take it I guess.

I'm not begging for anything, I'm laying out my story a true story I'm just asking why a lot of youse guys seem really really bitter and cynical. Honestly, I mean socially awkward or not shouldn't we be trying to help each other out?

Why should anyone loan business to me? Well, there were a lot of businesses that people said the same thing, little known businesses that people thought would amount to nothing, and look what happened.

Anyways this topic is beating a dead horse now.

You're acting like you're entitled to other peoples money, and getting butthurt when they say no. You got told no, move on. Sell your PC, put some proof together and start a GoFundMe etc, post it on facebook.

not

"Hi my grandmother is sick, ya'll better give me some bitcoins!?!!?!?" "wtf y are ya'll so bitter cos u won't gimmie ur coins!"

your repayment prospects don't look good, you don't have a job, barely afford to eat, how you going to pay someone back?

nobody will lend you,

Whoever said I was entitled? I was asking a question more or less.

It has nothing to do with what I've said in the past, have you happened to go through some of the loans and services threads in here? It's like, people with honest ambitions or needs and they get burned down by people who think "oh he's just saying that's it's a scam". I would never ask for a loan from here, simply based on what I've read in the past couple weeks from people asking for loans and getting doxxed because they didn't pay 2 seconds on time. I mean seriously, it's BTCitcoin, it's not fucking gold. It's worth something, that's great I'm happy for it but give people a damn chance instead of jumping on them when you think they might be scamming.

Honestly dude, this is one of the reasons why.
