Objective:Our objective is to achieve price stability via a majority supply IPO (provided VIA Bittrex). 70 percent of the coin supply will be offered at
750 satoshis (well below market value for a 5 million coin supply).
This price will allow everyone a shot to purchase a stake below market value (as per price trends of comparable coins). As well, since a majority of the coins will hit the market out of the gates, the dreaded multi-pool dumps will be muted.
A major benefit to this IPO model is its security. We will only offer the coin IPO via a trusted third party exchange (Bittrex).
Part of the IPO will be reinvested into the project to help drive adoption.
WARNING: This coin will launch as a normal POW coin. We want ensure coin stability before offering the IPO coins. This means that the coin will be available on the exchange before the IPO. All buy orders above 750 satoshis will get filled as we will buy them up as we place the coins on the market to sell.
