So I've been looking for a good, straight PPS BTC pool to mine at. But so far, all the ones I've found that seem to advertise PPS have since changed to PPLNS or some other variant of the PPS system or they've offlined all together. Anybody know of any straight PPS pools out there? Preferably with a fee of less than %5...

It won't exist.  The last big PPS pool with low rates was 50BTC and they ran off with customer's mining profits (or got hacked supposedly  Roll Eyes).  PPS is just too risky for a pool to run.

f2pool.com at 4% fee is the best pps pool in my opinion
EclipseMC has pps at 5% also

Anything cheaper is either a scam or deluding themselves.

has not sold out

I was actually looking at f2pool. but unfortunately, i don't speak/read chinese and google translate doesn't get the whole site. so it's a bit difficult for me.

I read that PPS pools are vulnerable to "solution withholding attack", so be careful with PPS pools with low fees. These pools may not be sustainable in the long term if they are under attack. Pool operator may not notice it until it is too late.

"Solution withholding attack" is when a fast miner only submit shares that do not solve a block and withhold the solution if found. The attacker is paid per share, so the attack do not affect his income, but the pool mines less block than it should, thus the pool wallet gets emptied slowly.
