There is no profit each month, the site got 85 btc total when btc was much cheaper. OP said very few users are active now --> means no incoming money. Would have to spend thousands on marketing and completely redesign the site in order to be able to compete at all. People like the bigger casinos that offer bonuses, large max bets, and the visual appeal of their games. Just don't see this site being able to compete. 5 btc would be a fair opening bid considering what your getting, in all honesty in not even sure it's worth that since you would have to put so much into it.

How many current active user per day right now?

The site has barely been promoted in the last 3 months, so currently, I get a couple players a day sometimes, sometimes nobody, on other days.
But when it's being promoted, it gets players daily.
It has a history and comes up high in the search rankings.

This on the other hand, doesn't give the feeling of a 25 btc bid, or even 10 for that matter. You say you made $600 profit in 1 month , when here you said you barely are getting any plays.

This sector is to filled as is with competitors that already have a userbase, better features, and much more attractive games.

You also said that all payments are processed by a 3rd party. If your going to run a business where you are holding large amounts of other peoples money, you need to be the one in control of it, not some 3rd party.  Is this a whitelabel? If you own the rights to the games, you would make much more money just selling the games individually than as a whole casino.

If you could answer those questions + prove income, I would agree with your pricing.
