The writer should have a different style of writing and the content should be interesting, funny, concise and very simple to understand.

The writer should have the ability to understand the concept completely before starting on the project. Proper English is necessary

Sections to be written:

2) Short Introduction to Bitcoin and Crypto Currency
3) Details about Promotions
4) F.A.Q including depositing and withdrawing guidelines
5) A short disclaimer

The writer will also be given the opportunity to work on a full-time basis depending on their output..

That's not the idea I got from it, considering the title of the thread states "paying 0.08 btc"; I think that's for the whole package.

Now imagining all that requires only 1000 words (unlikely), that would be 0.00008 btc or about $0.05 per word, at current prices. That's not a very generous offer for what you're asking. I get the feeling people would find better deals than this in sites like odesk, freelancer or the like.
