Can u plz suggest some of them ? AFAIK adsense pays for both impression & click. But as u r suggesting it is NOT good for adsense.

I think it won't be good for your website because from 20.000 hit you will get only a few real click in your website!
This traffic is good for websites that have a lot of banners and they'll get paid for the impressions...
