I sen you on a forum before and I believe you are getting payoneer cards, which is free.  you dont have to pay to get these cards.  So why should they get it from you?  When they can go to payoneer.com instead.

@sana8410 - you are wrong. These are NOT Payoneer cards. Even though try to get 10 of them... The important thing is these cards are working for PP or other payment processors which require US bank to withdrawal and cashout at ATM. Also the cards can be loaded via various payment methods.
