wow you guys really have no support do you? I submitted a ticket I have been unable to set a pin as there is no option to set a pin. I cant just invest in a place where I can trade my ghs and have no support what so ever.

To get a pin you go to the hash trading menu and it will automatically ask for pin

Well, it just asked me to set and I did but there should be support by now but there isn't , interesting

Seems like a nice service and the prices per hash do seem to be lower than othe cloud hashing sites although it's quite confusing when prices in fiat are listed in Yen rather the USD. Maybe there should be an option to change between currencies. Also, there are  some typos such as:

Other than that, the whole site looks clean, with a pretty neat design.

Anyone else experience a massive disparity between balance in miner status and waht gets paid out. It often shows 2 3 or even 4 times the amount that gets paid in the end. Its very misleading.

Do you mean that you HAVE set the PIN and want to change the pin?
To do so, please visit "Setting > security settings > Transaction password change"
(I will tell the IT to change that wording, quite misleading)

It never asked me to create a pin. So I never made one.

Gotcha.
So this is what will do.
First go to any of the trading pages

Then just type a password that is handy to you and that you feel secure here. This will be your trade PIN and you can always change that


If you are not in China, skip step 4 (sorry, but we are not supporting foreign numbers yet)

Ya, he was on QQ the last 2 days, occasionally leaving a few words since his is in mining farm and talking biz in ShenZhen. By coming back I mean  showing up here to you guys...
