Sketchy looking bumps, addresses in post for no reason, and paid sigs...

I think those are enough red flags to report posts like that if they're getting spammy.

Weird to see five other users bumping someone else's thread. I wonder if he's offering an incentive to do so since a couple of them posted their wallet addresses along with the bumps?

Ok so it seems I'm annoying you nahtnam, sorry but if there is a rule against this I will immediately shut it down. I have messaged malevolent (moderator from services thread) to find out if what I am doing is wrong and I see another buyer in currency exchange section doing the exact that I am doing:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=133439.0

Like I said, I don't want to step on anyone's toes on here I just thought it'd be a fun way of involving everyone to build a customer base for a great immediate buying service. I didn't think it would be much different to a signature campaign. But if it clearly is against the rules I will sincerely apologize in advance and take the offer down the second I am told or shown a rule of where it says that this activity is banned from the forum..

Not against the rules no, that creates a lot of spam though, so we put those in Games and Rounds.
If you don't want your thread in Games and Rounds, then you shouldn't be giving people incentives to post in your thread. This includes giveaways, promos, etc. This was starting to become a pretty big problem a couple years ago with people posting service announcements then having people post in them to claim x, or having a contest, and other nonsense.

Thanks for clarifying. Even though it is not against the rules, ive shut the campaign down and locked the thread. Sorry to all I caused any inconvenience for.
