FS: 4x 6950 1GB Video Cards

All 4 together, or in pairs.

(2x) Asus EAH6950 DCII/2DI4S/1GD5 (1GB, Dual Fan, Locked Shaders)

(2x) XFX HD-695X-ZNFC v.A3 (1GB, Single Fan, Locked Shaders)

140 BTC including shipping to USA/Canada - All 4 Cards
or....
70 BTC including shipping to USA/Canada - 2x XFX Cards
or....
80 BTC including shipping to USA/Canada - 2x Asus Cards
----------------------------------------------------------------

Each pair of cards was purchased together, so that they could be re-sold as a matched pair for Crossfire use, if a Gamer were to purchase them.
They are all approx 6 months old and although mined with, have never been overvolted and I have been careful to maintain temps under 70c and fans well under 85% on a full time basis, being controled by CGMiner's auto-fan function (40-45% typical for the Asus cards, 60-80% typical for the XFX cards as they are single fan). All 4 are currently mining as I post this and can be ready to ship same day if sold early enough to ship during the day.

Shipping from Calgary, Canada.

LOCAL PICKUP IS WELCOMED (discount for local pickup).
Feel free to email or PM me with any questions.
If you are local, PM me for my telephone number and we can chat.

Just out of curiosity, have you tried unlocking the shaders on those cards?

Asus cards - tried flashing on day 1 and failed.

Xfx cards - never bothered due to 'soldering' required (as found during a Google search).

Yeah, the soldering on the XFX is a bit of a turnoff if you don't have a good iron. You could definitely use a more appropriate wire than in that in that pic though. Tongue

I surely can, but the price will need to reflect the additional shipping costs compared to the 'Canada/USA shipping' included in the current price.

I'll PM you as well.

Doesn't look too bad soldering case imho.

I'll give 100BTC/520$ in PP for these if you cannot find a buyer.

Unfortunately I am pulling the plug on these....and have decided to keep them.

I just ordered a pair of $30 USD 120mm heatpipe coolers for the XFX 6950's, as they have a ton of overclocking headroom, but heat has always been an issue for me with them.
http://www.ebay.ca/itm/260968488899#ht_9132wt_1396

The Asus cards however run extremely cool, even at lower fan RPM, but will not overclock higher than 900Mhz GPU on stock voltage and anyone who has had experience with these cards (Asus DCII 6950) knows that voltage adjustments are not a simple task, so stock voltage is where they shall remain mining.

As I currently don't pay for power, these cards have the potential of making me more than 100 BTC before the price drop later this year, so I will just mine them into the ground. They have more than paid for themselves thus far, so I will just keep them mining.

At current difficulty and lower overclock settings, the 4 cards can produce over 30 BTC per month as a 4-card system, so selling them for 100 BTC makes no sense.

thank again to those who replied. I have decided to keep them.
