Typical "professor" - those who can't do, teach.

What this guy doesn't understand about today's political and social climate would fill an ocean, what he understands would fill a bathtub.

Problem is, policy is set by the academia type and they get paid a lot compare to an average person whether they are right or not.

Edit:

Forgot to mention, they also shape the mind of your kid and new generation of youth.

In my country it is not the academics that set the policies, most of the times it is done by the less gifted semi-academics.

Hey! We also do 90% of the research that leads to all of the technology we use today. I think many people don't realize that all (almost) of the famous scientists are university professors. We don't just teach classes!

I thought it was the media who shape the minds of kids and also have a big influence on policies. And money of course, big money can bend all rules and laws. I'm seeing a gradual shift taking place though towards more independent free thinkers and alternative media. Bitcoin is also a result of that.

It's not too hard to make Dr. Bitcorn's statement valid, I'm coming out my way to help him out. I offer $10 to buy his one full BTC, and I'll tell everyone that his statement is true.  Grin
