Webpage for buying goods in other countries?

I live in Germany and want to buy a couple of goods from Brazil. A few months ago, I found a bitcoin related website that established contact to (trusted) members in countries that ship the goods to you in exchange for a small fee. Unfortunately I cannot find the page anymore (neither via google nor in the bitcoin wiki). Anyone remembers the website or lives in Brazil? Thanks.
