We have just installed our help desk ticket system, to make support and fault issues much faster to deal with due to the increased amount of clients.
The button is Help Desk, on the Top Right hand corner of our site, also the link is
http://helpdesk.cryptoxchange.com/Please use this system, as it is a much faster and more efficient way of handling all support issues.
The response time is very fast, and we look forward to continuing improving Crypto X Change, it is a continuous work in progress, we are continually working on updates and improvements.
Our New Trade engine is in, we are tweaking this to keep it optimized, our user interface is also being updated, along with
new fee structures coming out this week & will be in before March 9th.We thank everyone for their support, and look forward to any and all suggestions so we can keep improving our system
