I have an android phone and I install other apps on it. I do not trust the apps I installed, to use a mobile bitcoin wallet on my phone. I am paranoid, I know, but can't be too careful about bitcoin. However, when I have a spare phone with nothing on it, I might use the blockchain app and keep a maximum of half a bitcoin in it.

I use blockchain.info but it's currently unavailable to download from the Apple store.

I have blockchain.info
I have never had even single satoshi in it but anyway.

Why's that? Surely you've got some money from your sig deal?

I don't use mobile wallets.

Why? I'm sure you will need to at some point in the future if you want to pay for things whilst you're out and about.

I have three, blockchain.info, mycelium, and I guess it's the 'official android wallet'? I've only used the official wallet for and transactions so far tho. I think it's biggest 'feature' is that the look and feel is the same as the litecoin, feathercoin and dogecoin wallets. That makes it nice and easy...

I use blockchain, the only one I would trust on my phone, years of solid running with no issue.

I obviously don't use my mobile wallet address for that.

Coinbase. I haven't found a need for anything else. 2FA, plus it's easily and instantly reloaded via my bank account.

I don't like mobile wallets because they are insecure. I will wait some months/years after they become mature.

Hahaha... today's mobile wallets are FAR more secure than in the past.

But you'll walk around with cash in pocket, or hand your credit card over to strangers to swipe? LOL.

Mycelium, because they supported Android 2.2.3 when I still had to use my old tablet. I now have a powerful phone and I could install other wallets, but I still prefer Mycelium since it has so many options and is still being improved. They recently added BitID support (which will be a huge thing IMO) to their TestNet App. This is just for testing purposes and will be moved to the "real" network App after these tests.
I did try Hive after they released their App and it looks pretty good. Not sure if I am going to use it in the feature though.

Anyway, I only use a mobile wallet if I go somewhere that accepts Bitcoin, otherwise it's empty. I also generate a new address just to be sure.

This was one of the reasons I made this post, I also don't trust other apps on my phone. If I'm going to use a mobile wallet in the future then i will only keep a very small amount in it for use on the go.
