one feature that average joe obviously likes is what paypal provides,
so why not have it in bitcoin wallet ?

here it is

random blocking of coins,
chance to get blocked from spending incrases with amount of coins in wallet,
funds unlocked after random number of "mails" sent somewhere
or default release after 180 days

people would love it, and awareness of bitcoin would rise, there would be many headlines and threads everywhere,
news coverage about coins blocked, unusable for long time, moar hodl less panic selling etc...

people would get more emotionally engaged

not to mention, security would improve, since some hackers would have to wait

win-win situation

I don't think we should be trying to emulate PayPal. Paypal has it's benefits but I don't think they should be implemented with bitcoin. I'm sure there will be payment processors that you can use that will be just like PP, though I hear they're looking into implementing bitcoin but not sure in what capacity.

don't forget suddenly freezing accounts that get donations because they might be a business that is hiding behind a charity.

my main complaint is on people,
they accept too much shafting,
actually it is like they demand that treatment,
don't know why...

it is part of the global feminisation

people give away power and than go submissive,
begging for what belongs to them

and as for paypal, it amazes me, how they didn't get punished already, by mass exodus
darwin is beating around the bush with this one

how come bully never looses a tooth ?

They've been doing this for years, I've had thousands held up for days.
Flew a few emails over to the CEO and heads of departments and soon got access to my money.
Joke of a company.
This is in fact how I found out about bitcoin.

Sarcasm does not flow through the internet.
Use /s or just say something like "We should totally implement an awesome system , not unlike the one owned by Paypal"

No longer active on bitcointalk, however, you can still reach me via PMs if needed.
