In this case the image displays a proper noun as it is capitalized. Your claim that this post is relevant implies that it has something to do with Bitcoin. Is this a puzzle? Do you intend to deliver a prize to the person that solves it?

Any significantly advanced cryptocurrency is indistinguishable from Ponzi Tulips.
