A lot of people use Twitter to promote their products, services, ideas, thoughts, etc. One of the easiest ways to get your information out there is to choose a hashtag of decent popularity (used/searched a good bit) that is relative to what you're attempting to promote and then make that tweet a top tweet. This can be extremely difficult to do and you can never be sure if you'll get it.
I've developed a method that guarantees a top tweet 75% of the time. This is done through a series of retweeting, choosing the right hashtag, and timing. I'd be more than happy to sell it here on BT if there is a decent amount of interest in this. This service isn't expensive, but it also isn't cheap. It will probably run you ~4 BTC per top tweet.
