Can i ask why the heck this cant be done to a private or protected account? I mean really whats the differance? Either way the follow button is being hit.
Is the the factor of them Having 10k followers thats not possible
Or is it the action of having 10k people ATTEMPT to follow them not possible.

Good question.
They would come in as requests, but for some reason it doesn't always come out to the guaranteed amount. For instance the last time I attempted to do it on a private account for 10,000 followers I think the recipient actually got ~7,500 requests. It's just a bit more difficult to guarantee the number and quality.
Ah, But what you state confirms that if i payed for a Bombing of follow request to a certain protected account, I can expect it to WORK but with a ~25% rate of failure per request?.

Yup. Twitter did change their policies recently so I'm not sure if the person would even be able to "accept" the requests in mass anymore. May literally have to do 200 a day for an ungodly long time. That's really funny when you think about it
