Just like the way it is possible to set settings to medium or low in Crysis to make it playable and you don't have to play Crysis every hour of every day, is it possible to set mining intensity to medium or low? And only run the miner a couple of hours a day?

Thanks.

You could adjust settingss.... but the amount you make would be very little.  No matter what the anwser is pretty going to be if your laptop is nice enough to "game" on you are risking to much on small profit.

Even if you have warranty it's not going to be fun to do a RMA on entire laptop if it comes to it.

It doesn't really matter if you using your laptop to run high-end game or mining as long as your CPU & GPU temperature is lower then 75C and it should last quite long.

The problem is, your laptop GPU temperature could reach 80+ degree C in a short period of time mining (especially scrypt) Cheesy
