Why don't you make it a policy to distribute CC content and not any of the products produced by those big corp?

By not sharing big evil media corp's content, you're effectively boycotting them.

Looks like a decent app.  I wonder how robust the forum component is? It could become the defacto Bitcoin forums Smiley

Are we supposed to make a new GPG identity for this to make it anonymous, or use our existing keys such as the ones we use on OTC, so that we can bring our OTC trust level with us?

I couldn't be bothered to have a whole new different key to bother with just to take a look at this application so I am going ahead with my existing public GPG identity for now:

I like this idea too, but I feel like that type of thing is already out there with torchat and other kinds of p2p networks and encryption.  Whatever, I'll jump on this bandwagon too!...

I just sent a PM to everyone else containing my key and the external port was wrong (should've been the same with local port). Nonetheless, it worked. I wonder if yours would work too, maybe my node will discover your IP through a mutual friend. Smiley (or when you sign my key)

(Nevermind, apparently it has DHT support.)

Yeah, I didn't feel like publishing my internal and external IP addresses, particularly as there not needed.  The network will still find me via DHT.

On second thoughts, its probably a good file sharing tool, but the Forums functionality needs some work.
