He is keep posting posting posting ,and all posts are not related to the thread.
I Checked his posts and found that he is probably using a program to post,
have a clear look on his post you can see he is posting the same sentences in different thread.
For example this sentence :希望国内的环境可以越来越好，越来越开放。
