one rummer going on in USA some banking institutions or finance agencies distributing VTA in offline to all employee to a small amount like 10,000 and hold USD same amount but these employee not known what is VTA.  this is rummer going on in some institution of finance sector ....what's is we don't known...?

No, if You own private key of Bitcoin wallet than you send your Virtacoin into Bitcoin address and save Bitcoin in BTC wallet VTA.
