Solidcoin is different, it's centralized and few nodes can do what the fuck they want. And they are already happily messing with it. |

ScamCoin has centralized control (think Paypal) although it is based on Bitcoin code (pirated until recently) that fundamental difference makes it more like e-gold than a decentralized currency. |

Correction it is 0.07 not 0.7. Since difficulty has declined it has fallen to 0.0502 SC per block. If someone solo-mined 100% of the blocks it would be ~$1.30 per day.  |

Litecoin is easy and more profitable to mine with cheap/average hardware. Namecoin seems the best to merge mine for while mining with Bitcoin for free. |
