Finally switched over to android! In good condition with no obvious scratches anywhere. This phone was purchased from AT&T. I can jailbreak/unlock it if desired. I should still have the box laying around. Missing the wall charger piece but will include the usb cord.

Well, it was listed on ebay and someone instantly purchased it before messaging me, and told me I needed to unlock it for the sprint network (this is not possible on sprint) so now I got stuck with the listing fees and have to relist! GRR
Now I remember why I stopped using eBay....
Still up for grabs people! I'm not going to offer an unlock anymore, its just too much of a hassle. Only purchase this if you are on ATT and/or want to attempt your own unlock!
