Need advice on 1000W PSU that can support 4 + GPUs  ( 280x or 290 )

  I suggest this

the evga 1300 ..  I Have 2

they have a 10 year warranty.

the thread below links to a good sale on them.  it shows other sales on it.  from earlier dates.   they have more then you need power wise.

(i think that is true since  I ran 3 antminer s-1's at 1215 watt total 0 issues)

 a lot of pcie cables

I use a EVGA 1000W which runs 4 x 280X cards running X11 (16.5Mhash) and 1 x Nvidia 750Ti card running X13 (2Mash)

I used to run the 4 x 280X cards on scrypt although it was probably at close to 100% load then.

Most likely that will be very close to load, if not over depending on what your doing.

Corsair AX 1200 will suffice your needs if you are mining x11 , this PSU has never diappointed me.

I've been running 4x 280X + motherboard for 6 months on Cooler Master V1000 power supplies. Runs like a dream.

I've been running 5*280x with Seasonic 1000w platinum @ x11/x13/x15
No problem at all since it only uses max 700w

@ 4*280x you should be fine with any PSU over 700w so go for it.

Yes, it should work only if you don't mine those high power algo. But right now none of them are profitable Sad.
