There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.

Well in Philippines converting paypal into cash is so easy it will be send directly to your bank account, debit card, credit card or another third party processor that is available.
For pinoys out there that are into BTC Im recommending you guys to check coins.ph!
There service is so fast.

Converting your cash to btc or btc to cash only takes a few minutes or hours to process.

I don't think many/any sellers on LBC will accept paypal. There are just too many ways to get scammed.

Direct trades with paypal are not safe for the seller. Transactions can be reversed and paypal won't really go far looking into individual cases. If you trade your paypal money for an e-currency with non reversable transactions like egopay or perfectmoney there are many exchanger services that would allow you to easily trade from USD to BTC and vice versa.

You could use Virwox (https://www.virwox.com/) as well, though it has a high fee and a low limit. Smiley

I'm one of those sellers, sorry i don't want to accept payment that can be reversed, it's just stupid risking for nothing. If you have Paypal money, send it to your account and withdraw on ATM and give me the money in hand, simple.

OP, you're basically just saying "find someone that accepts paypal" and link it to LBC. The same thing can be achieved if you just link to the subforum, as there are a bunch of people accepting paypal from trusted members.

There is an obvious motive to pushing people to LBC. Since you have your affiliate link all over that article, feel free to visit mine on LBC  Grin. At least MINE will take you DIRECTLY to the appropriate LBC area without having to read the article first  Cheesy.

Trading anything BTC related on Paypal can result in Paypal banning your account. They fear BTC.

Doing this can take time, which people presumably do not want to spend. Some people also presumably have their bank account overdrawn or otherwise cannot use their bank account.

I certainly do not fault you for not accepting paypal.

It looks like a lot more payment processors are taking on paypal and CC's.

VeriCoin is going to be the first alt with the ability to buy it directly from within the wallet. Its either moolah.io, or another working with them. It will be out in a few days. Eager to test it.

Getting money into crypto is always a pain

For me it's simple, not pain, i just wire funds to the exchange and buy BTC at anytime. It takes me 24 hours for whole cycle.

I think this person was referring to trading funds via paypal for bitcoin.

Paypal is very risky for the seller as it can be reversed a long time after the trade is complete.

I have bought coin on LBC with Western union. I have never seen anyone accept paypal. I don't think it would be the smartest move for the seller and I personally would never except paypal for btc. I just could not justify the risk for me. To be honest even sellers that accept moneypak on lbc are taking a risk as i bet there is a way for them to lose with that as well.

You could also just buy GHS vouchers on ebay to then sell your GHS on the cex.io exchange to acquire bitcoins using paypal.

Most of the GHs that you see on ebay are way overpriced so you will essentially be paying a huge markup on your bitcoin if you were to do this.
