This pics below are of a prototype, it is made with thinner material, lacking some holes, and is put together with various fasteners to minimize cost of fabrication.

Final product will look similar, pending the number of units that will be produced.

Once I have at least 10 paid orders I will put this into production.

I will post the price shortly, working on few quotes.

Fabrication time approximately 10-14 days.

Please reply here, PM or email me with any questions. {alexdotshchipkovatgmaildotcom}

I can design and fabricate whatever configuration that's desired, non rack mount, 120 fans in back, 80 fans all over, 140 fans in front, box for blades only with no PSU, more than 8 blades etc. etc.
Minimum order for custom designs is 15 units.

It is possible to get 10 blades in 4U case but that will require modifying the heatsinks, which might be great for underclocked units.
18 blades in 7U case is possible without heatsink mod.

Here are some pics:
(if pics don't show properly they are here:)

Having blades in this case dropped temps by 10 degrees C on overclocked S1s.

Looks very power hungry

He's selling the enclosure...not the miners. It looks to be a new way to setup you Antminer S1 blades.

Although a little late in the game this could prove useful for UNDERVOLTED/UNDERCLOCKED units as the difficulty increase has put MANY S1 miners offline due to kWh rates.

Correct!

Plus it cleans up mining setups and minimizes spaghetti effects Smiley

Undervolt is the only solution for now if there is a Bitmain kit for later on we discuss again

Interesting.  If the price is right, this could be a good packaging solution.  Please post results of noise level and temperature readings.

Cheers

Great little idea.

I had 10 antminers in my office at one point, was like spaghetti junction. This would of been brilliant.

Sadly, I've sold my ants since.

Wish you luck however.

That is an amazingly well designed unit. I wish you'd have had those in January when I bought my first 10 S1's.

I might be interested in an enclosure for 2 S1's and 2 S3's.  I'm in UK.  What's the price.  If you post as a flat pack it would be easy to assemble.

Very first picture in OP, temps went down about 10 degrees C.

Noise is about 60 dB with 7500 rpm deltas, otherwise up to the fans that will be used.

Did you have to use a CNC for all of the custom cuts? Have you considered using a thinker sheet of aluminum for all of the panels? Definitely curious to see where this goes.

I'd be interested in a very lightweight frame to stack 3 S3 vertically.
