First, 50 BTC is the maximum. We could remove the cap but we believe this is fair for IPO investors. If we raise only 1 btc, its fine. We will buy IPO coins too so we will get a higher percentage. One way or another; we will cover a big part of the investment.
Second, $30,000 is not so much considering the functions we have to implement. Experienced programmers are not cheap.
Thirth, even if we raise $30,000, that will not cover all costs and it's surely not enough to buy a house. Beside, betting on new cheap coins is far more profitable. 50 btc is easy to be made with a few BTC. This is a long term project.

(i) $30,000: That is a lot of money. The global median wage is just $1,225 a year.
(ii) Functions: What are the specific innovative functions you are offering? A whitepaper would be handy.
(iii) We: Who is 'we'? Right now, 'we' could be some pimply kid in a basement.
(iv) Experienced programmers: Who are these programmers? Track record, experience, educational background - a resume would do.

More importantly though, is the absence of escrow. With an escrow, the level of scrutiny you will face would be so much less. As it is now, you're just asking people to send money to some stranger who claims to have a fancy new coin.
