I guess.
I have just received confirmation that the name isn't trademarked or copyrighted and I'm allowed to make this kind of charity.
It's for UK wildlife and cruelly treated animals in the Staffordshire area.
The RSPCA, especially around here, is quite lacking in their efforts and (at least for my area), I'd like to contribute to local animals that are injured - there are a great deal in the area, including stray dogs and injured birds.
firstly get the RSPCA to display a QR code on THEIR website. as its ben proven time and time before, the community hate middlemen.. (the whole point of bitcoin). saying you are supporting RSPCA by converting to pounds and handing them pounds is not really promoting bitcoin. plus because RSPCA wont know its bitcoin donations, you might aswell do a car wash, car boot sale, fete, festival in your area that accepts pounds...
bitcoin donations are normally great for the nd users that show THEY want bitcoins. or atleast have a grocery store in the staffordshire area that accepts bitcoins, so that you can buy the cat/dogfood using bitcoins..
being purely a middle man pound coin converter is a crap business plan where we know your 'cut' would be more then a greedy amount.
in short. if you cant be arsed to get RSPCA stafforshire/local supplier of pet needs to accept bitcoin, you dont deserve handouts
