I don't have much coin spare at the moment for IPO because last two ipos wiped me out completely with barely any return so can I just invest a nominal amount of say 0.02 btc for now? I lost over 0.1 btc just last ten days in 2 ipos that went to crap..Also sent you pm about blog promo bounties etc.. I want to enter for those..

IPO Rules

Noahcoin doesn't like a fixed price per coin during IPO, but we also want to protect our early IPO investors because sometimes when a coin is getting closer to launch time then more and more deposits are happening, and people that were early IPO investors see their number of coins decreasing a lot.

People that deposit before 7/4 will receive 50% more (so meaning if you deposit 0.10BTC then your value will increase to 0.15BTC and your number of coins that you will receive will be based on 0.15BTC and not based on 0.10BTC)

People that deposit before 7/5 will receive 25% more (so meaning if you deposit 0.10BTC then your value will increase to 0.125BTC and your number of coins that you will receive will be based on 0.125BTC and not based on 0.10BTC)

People that deposit before 7/6 will receive 10% more (so meaning if you deposit 0.10BTC then your value will increase to 0.11BTC and your number of coins that you will receive will be based on 0.11BTC and not based on 0.10BTC)

In the situation that the total amount in IPO exceed 10BTC!!! Then we will increase the IPO from 3% to 4% to allow investors to have a good return on their money that they invested.

@DEV, what do you think to increase IPO from 3% to 4% when it exceeds 5BTC? This would give a push to the final IPO investors and the first investors would earn some more coins too because of the extra 1%.

@Community, I notice that a few people already request to add NOAHcoin to Bittrex, and that is great, i also already requested, so if all IPO and other investors/miners will do the same then everything can look nice.

Yes, your coin is a much fairer deal for the IPO investor, but without an escrow service like Bittrex, it is difficult to invest anymore. There have just been too many scams. Iceberg coin is a complete rip-off, in my opinion, but they are definitely raising more money because the investors at least know they will get their coins, even if the dev abandons it.

I'm not investing in Iceberg, but I would in your coin, if it was under that system.

It is too late to ask Bittrex to do this. Yes, you really need to trust me that you will receive your coins, i don't know any person that can do the escrow in this short term.

The only thing that i can prove is that we are pretty busy on twitter to spread the word, and that we already made some deals.

Yes, but it is now too late to either ask poloniex or bittrex for escrow. We just need to trust the person that owns the coin. And based on his activity on twitter he is really pushing hard.

This is a new exchange, and i hope to see you there. Of course we are continue in adding more and more exchanges. So people don't have to start complaining that they only want mintpal or cryptsy or bittrex, we are increasing services every day and hope to achieve something nice.

Edit : As you all know to get listed on major exchanges it cost a big amount of BTCs, currently with the small IPO amount that we have collected it is difficult to get on one of the bigger exchanges as we don't want to use all our BTCs for just getting listed on one exchange or so. So either we need some more people joining the IPO or we really need to spread the word and make our coin big.

ICB is a joke!!! People are already selling below IPO price. But it is normal, this IPO is 5 times higher then the Noahcoin IPO, and you cannot say that ICB is so special. Noahcoin already has 170 twitter followers and already a exchange at launch.
