This is the final decision for switching to PoS or staying the course with a scrypt based PoW algorithm. Please keep in mind that switching to PoS may take time and money to accomplish, a fund raising effort may be needed to make sure everything is done correctly. Thank you for your thoughtful votes.

Wow, a crypto currency that is open to changing their PoW... this is almost unheard of.

Good job learning from Bitcoin/Litecoin.

My vote is on PoS.

Longtime emc2 investor definite yes to POS

theres nothing wrong with adapting good features from other coins to keep emc2 relevant, dont get me wrong this coin has held up good, but with a new shinny coin everyday, it well be overlooked

If POS is choosen, then maybe it's a good idea to add Einsteinium coin to the www.gagapool.pw . This pool let you choose to mine Sha256, scrypt or X11, pays at least twice a day and has his own active devolper, that helps where ever he can

POS but still keep a percentage of minted coins for donations to science, and a donation button in the wallet with the ability to set amount of coins to stake for donations
