Hello,

I want to start my own mining pool, so i can mine together with a lot of friends, and share the reward, how can i do this? Is there any guide i can use?

p2pool will let you mine with all your friends and share the reward fairly.

Thanks for your answers, but i can't take some sort of fee with p2pool, am i right?

You can set a fee and anyone who connect to your p2pool instance will be charged that fee.  They simply need to point their miners at your p2pool node with their payment address as the username and payments (minus fee) will go directly to them and fees directly to your address.

I found p2pool pretty easy to setup, no harder than any other mining pool.
