Why don't you just post update in your existing threads (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=657922.0 and https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=664726.0), but create a new thread every time?

Cloud flare protection is good enough for protection against DDOS.

Sounds fishy. How much bandwidth can you handle, and how do you handle it safely?

We are happy to announce that our bandwidth has been increased by another 200Gbps as a result of Company investment into continued defense against increasing DDoS attacks. Now we can handle over 400Gbps attacks.

No
It does, don't lie to potential customers. Everybody knows that CloudFlare offers DDoS protection. It might not be extremely advanced, but most people don't need it (and if they do they just buy one of the avaible packages).

No, we don't do that browser check!

We protect against DDoS!
This post makes no sense at all. CloudFlare does this check to ensure someone isn't a bot (which most DDoS attacks use).

Doesn't cloudflare have a free tier that could handle all the dos examples you mentioned (except maybe for POST)?

Comcast business class and Civilian class internet service includes free DDOS protection.

I know because I use it.
In this picture you can see I was hit with 875,000,000 Requests per second for over an hour.
It was much longer, but I never even noticed because my hardware and/or ISP combination laughs at DDOS.

Why would anyone pay for protection against a sloppy outdated form of attack?
worse,
Why would any Bitcoin related website want their packets of web traffic rerouted through an offshore company that could be sniffing data to steal bitcoins?

Yes I said that.

Rent an OVH dedicated server for your front end ddos protection Tongue

Funnel all the traffic through their dedicated server Tongue

That may or may not be what I do Tongue

Anyhow, do you offer a service similar to that? Like setting up the service using a pre-existing infrastructure

Don't funnel/ bottleneck your traffic.
Don't run your traffic through an outside service that could rob you.
