We can now make synthetic Chromosomes, meaning we can make new creatures and cells that have never existed. And not just GMO, but like completely NEW organisms, so CNOs instead of GMOs. Here is an article about the Chromosomes http://www.nature.com/news/first-synthetic-yeast-chromosome-revealed-1.14941Here is an article about the new machine called a "Digital Biological Converter", the machine can take a DNA code and turn it in to 1s and 0s, then print it out in a cell somewhere else after being sent through the cloud. Sending the DNA through the cloud is now called "Biological Teleportation" http://www.theguardian.com/science/2013/oct/13/craig-ventner-marsCraig Venter (the inventor) wants to use them to terraform Mars, but if we can terraform mars, we can fix Earth right?

Or, yeast is God. And Bitcoin is used to buy 3D printing designs, so once the 3D printing market starts digitizing DNA code along with material designs, you will probably be able to buy them with Bitcoins.

Not sure, but I would think growing and creating an environment from scratch would be easier than fixing one that's already ruined without destroying everything in the process just to get a clean start.

And Bitcoin is used to buy 3D printing designs
Bitcoin is used to buy many things. If the articles don't mention any relationship between Bitcoin and genetics, or Bitcoin and 3D printers, then it's definitely off-topic. EDIT: Sorry, I didn't see we're actually in the Off-Topic section.

If we can make an organism that can breath Mars air, eat Mars dirt, and spit out Oxygen and water... We can definitely make something that can eat garbage and shit out water or something.

Well we do that kind of with our bodies already too. You can separate garbage from water but you can't change carbon into water, which is the main problem.

Why "crazy part" it's great that this technology also helps those in need

Its crazy, because for a real estate developer would probably spend 10x the cost to build the same house.
So then if its like that, then contractors are now being replaced by technology lol.
It may not be all of them, because theres things that cant be done in detail. But, its similar to the whole "self-check out" system with cashiers being replaced.

The Digital Biological Converter will have similar implications in the medical industry. They will no longer need to get insulin and stuff from pigs, and you can get a prescription filled from your USB. lol
